Fixed-scope Microsoft Fabric delivery
Put one governed Fabric workload into production, with your team ready to run it.
Onyx defines the workload, builds it on Microsoft Fabric, establishes the governance baseline and hands over the operating assets your team needs.
Designed as a four-week, fixed-scope engagement when the readiness criteria are met. Engagements start from £25,000, subject to scope.
The Fabric Accelerator puts one governed Microsoft Fabric workload into production and hands the operating assets to the customer team. Onyx defines the workload, builds it, establishes the governance baseline and completes a practical handover.

Readiness before Week 1
The fixed scope starts with a bounded use case and timely decisions.
The Accelerator works when the intended outcome is clear, source access is available and the customer can make architecture, security and ownership decisions during the engagement.
-
Named sponsor
An executive sponsor owns the business outcome and resolves priority decisions.
-
Bounded use case
One production workload has a defined user, purpose and acceptance measure.
-
Source access
The required systems, data and technical contacts are available before build activity begins.
-
Fabric capacity
The customer has an appropriate Microsoft Fabric environment and the authority to configure it.
-
Available specialists
Customer subject-matter experts can answer source, process and reporting questions during the engagement.
-
Decision pace
Architecture, security and governance decisions can be made within the four-week delivery window.
What the fixed scope does not cover
The Accelerator is not an enterprise-wide migration, an unlimited reporting programme or a substitute for unresolved source-system decisions. Onyx will identify any dependency that should be addressed before the build proceeds.
One production outcome
Four Weeks. Four Milestones. Zero Ambiguity.
Each week closes a defined set of decisions and produces evidence for the final production handover.
-
Week 1: Align
Confirm the use case, acceptance criteria, architecture, ownership and delivery plan.
-
Week 2: Build
Create the core data flow, model and reporting or application layer required for the agreed workload.
-
Week 3: Govern
Apply access, ownership, quality, monitoring and operating controls.
-
Week 4: Verify and hand over
Test the agreed outcome, train the customer team and complete the operating handover.

The handover is designed to leave the customer with clear ownership, current documentation and an agreed position on what happens next.
Microsoft-published customer evidence
Elcome reached initial production in six weeks.
Elcome International reached initial production in six weeks within a twelve-week engagement. Microsoft published the customer story, which documents the delivery context and resulting commercial value.

We will assess the use case, readiness and delivery boundary before recommending the Accelerator.
