Private programmes can combine role-based learning, labs and examples relevant to the customer’s environment. The team size, level, format or location, target date and L&D/procurement route are qualified before scope is agreed.

Material consulting, architecture or implementation work is separately scoped. A private-training conversation does not silently become a consulting engagement.

Is private training the same as Strategy & Enablement?

No. Training transfers capability. Strategy & Enablement produces business, architecture, ownership and roadmap decisions and may include learning where stated.

Is FabOps included?

Only where a course or customer contract explicitly states a bounded demonstration or entitlement. No software subscription is implied by training attendance.

Can you tailor the curriculum?

Yes, within a private-team scope and agreed learning outcomes. Material consulting or implementation work is separately scoped.
